Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing the overall relationship with the customer and serving as the central point of coordination,
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with customers,
  • Building strong relationships with the customers,
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with the customer,
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve long-term growth and profitability with OEM customer,
  • Works closely with cross-functional teams within the company, including engineering, operations, and quality, to ensure that customer requirements are met and that products are delivered on time and to the customer's specifications,
  • To support at the customer the engineering team for working with the customer to develop and engineer new products that meet their specific requirements,
  • Works closely with the plant and logistics for demand planning and supply chain teams to forecast sales volumes and ensure that production and inventory levels are aligned with customer demand.

Qualifications Required (R) or Preferred (P):

  • 5+ years of experience in Key Account Manager in company (R),
  • Strong communication ability (oral and written) in English (R),
  • Strong Leadership abilities (R),
  • Excellent organizational, problem solving and decision-making skills (R),
  • Self-motivated, able to work under time pressure and minimum supervision (R),
  • High level of interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills (customer facing) (R),
  • Willingness to travel / mobility (R),
  • Flexibility to work early or late schedule (R),
  • Experience in Automotive Industry, preferred in suspension systems (P),
  • Oversea assignment experience/cross-cultural work experience (P).
