Key Responsibilities Include:
- Knowledge of BWI customers and their associated product programs,
- Support with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) related issues,
- Understanding of Customer specific scenarios that involve special rules,
- Understanding of complete Supply Chain,
- Support with Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) related issues,
- Support ERP production business processes within expert field to meet business process requirements,
- Gather and understand business support requirements and work with the rest of IT to ensure expectations are met or exceeded,
- Collaborate with IT and other functional areas on routine and major system upgrades,
- Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs
- Develop user acceptance test scenarios, test scripts to validate solutions with the business,
- Participate in the implementation testing, rollout, and training for new and enhanced functionality within SAP,
- Leverage business knowledge and expertise to deliver business process improvements,
- Understanding of Material Resource Planning and Material Production Planning functions,
- Provide innovative solutions by staying abreast of current technology,
- Prepare user personnel training materials and assist users in the conversion and implementation of system solutions,
- Support maintenance of complex integration points between ERP and third-party systems,
- Participate in the implementation testing, rollout, and training for new and enhanced functionality within third-party systems,
- Resolve ERP System issues resulting from user error, incomplete setup, or system bugs,
- Prepare Supplier user training materials and assist end users in the on-boarding process for third-party systems,
- Train and assist users in the use of SAP business application software,
- Train and Assist users with Access Request Form (ARF) submissions for SAP users based on their role,
- Assist with ARF submissions for approval,
- Prepare training material, schedule, and conduct application system training as needed,
- Understanding of new part numbers and associated data in SAP,
- Understanding of changes to BOM’s in SAP,
- Understanding of BWI Global footprint,
- Ability to recognize when Engineering data is incorrect or missing and communicate these problems to appropriate person,
- Global PC&L API Coordinator.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Minimum 3rd year of study in IT, supply chain management, business or a related field,
- Availability min 20h per week,
- Ability to travel from time to time,
- Technical experience with SAP,
- Experience in a manufacturing plant would be appreciated,
- Detailed knowledge of systems and business processes within the SAP Supply Chain and Logistics Execution modules: Logistic Execution (LE), SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), SAP Production Planning (PP), SAP Materials, Management (MM), SAP Warehouse Management (WM),
- Experience in managing trading partners OpenText Community Projects GXS is welcome,
- Advanced computer skills in Excel,
- Self-management and ability to work independently,
- Ability to work on multiple complex tasks at the same time,
- Ability to work in a team environment,
- Excellent oral and written communication skills,
- English at a minimum C1 level,
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office (Power Point, Outlook, Word),
- Proficiency in sharing documents on SharePoint and OneDrive,
- Exposure to EDI,
- Experience in the automotive industry preferred,
- Experience with Winshuttle is an added advantage.
